Bernadette (Bunny) Kunce - Membership Services

Bernadette (Bunny) Kunce joined RWAA in 2009 as the Training Specialist and made that program one of the best in the nation. She now runs the Association office which is now located in Apache Junction, Arizona helping to coordinate all of your technical assistance needs. She will also help with the planning of the Association Technical and Leadership Conferences. She can help with setting up fee based training sessions for operators, managers and office staff. She can take your questions and make sure it is forwarded to the appropriate staff member who will follow-up with you on the answer.  Bunny will provide the highest quality of customer service in all aspects of membership and coordination of water and wastewater on-site technical assistance. Professional Development Hours (PDH's) for classes and certification classes will still be provided by the RWAA to help operator and staff to achieve their goals and excel in their careers?
