When you are in the field, we are ready to serve you.  Our customers have asked for more parts in stock, and for 2010, we have more than $14 million in stock to support you.  You have asked to have the parts at your local store, and we are providing that 83% of the time – all of the parts you need when and where you need them.    

Our parts transfer trucks run twice per day, as well as once on Saturdays during harvest.  If your local Greenway store doesn’t have the parts you need, we will get them from one of our 17 locations.  Chances are - you’ll have your part within 2 hours.   We’ll even deliver your parts to you in order to reduce your downtime. 

When you’re running, we’re running.  Our stores have extended hours during planting and harvest times.  And don’t forget about our 24-hour on-call parts and service – call us anytime and we will repair your machine or meet you to gather parts. 

To help customers reduce the risk of a dry year, we are now carrying DuraPipe – the name farmers trust for quality irrigation pipe. 

Many customers need to remove trees and clean up fences lines and their yards.  We are now carrying Stihl hand held power products in nine locations: Jonesboro, Walnut Ridge, Newport, Brinkley, Wynne, Marianna, Helena, Marion, and Blytheville.  Just like John Deere is the leader in high quality farm and lawn equipment, Stihl is the leader in handheld products.  And, you have come to trust Greenway as the leader in quality parts and service support.
